My newest solo exhibition can be seen at Skagen Odde Nature Center for the next two months, May 9th – July 13th, 2023. This new exhibition shows the beauty and variation in the familiar, but always wonderful subject of water. Rushing seas with clear blue and green hues that capture the light of the sky. Foamy wave crests and deep horizons. It’s not hard to dream of the seas off the coast of Grenen. These paintings aim to recreate these impressions on canvas.
I was inspired for this huge project by my son, who is fighting cancer and still undergoing treatment. My homeland Ukraine, which is proudly fighting in the war with Russia for democracy and freedom!
